Overview
Gbase© is a full Operational Management System (OMS) for Small to Medium Enterprises (SMEs). It is a web-based application where all data is stored on an external server to ensure it is professionally managed on your behalf. The following modules are included in gbase:

Design
The philosophy of the design is:
• Web-based access - manage your business from anywhere in the world.
• Remote data storage - protected data storage and management.
• Single data entry - stop double handling data and increase efficiency.
• Intuitive - to reduce training liabilities, the system is simple to use and intuitive.
Features
The system has the following features:
General
• Configurable - Each organisation can configure their own data tables to ensure the system reflects their business practices.
• Risk management - gbase allows risk data to be attached to events and assets ensuring risk management is an integral part of your business. This innovation is the most efficient and effective means of implementing risk management through organisations and is consistent with AS/NZS 4360 Risk Management.
• Remote access - The system is designed to run on all common web platforms in any location. This means users can access the system wherever they have an internet connection.
Quality Assurance
• Evaluations - Evaluations can be uploaded to electronic summaries where they can be analysed against facilitators, organisations or programs to identify trends or areas for improvement.
• Compliance - Auditing against quality standards is electronically managed. The evidence, collected over a period of time, can be used in the event of external audits.
Reporting
• Reporting - Reports are generated to meet the needs of facilitators, administrators, executives and members. Reports are web-views which can be exported to PDF, MS Word or MS Excel.
Security
• Encryption - All data is encrypted using SSL technology.
• Permissions - The system has layered security associated with roles and is accessed with a username and password.
• Data access - Data is stored in accordance with the terms and conditions of Group 314, this includes provisions for obtaining exported data upon request.
