| Aim | The aim of this program is to upgrade TAA40104 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment to the new qualification, TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment. |

| Units of Competence | No additional competencies are required. Participants must demonstrate currency in the qualification and participate in a bridging competency conversation to qualify. |

| Assessment | A competency conversation will be conducted either face-to-face or by telephone to ensure the bridging information is faciliated. Currency (within last 12 months) is required to be demonstrated of working with the VET sector. |
| Max Course Size | This program is normally conducted for individuals with an allocated facilitator. |
| Supervision Ratio | 1:1 (distance) or 1:10 (classroom) |
| Safety | The inherant risks associated with this program are low, where the program is conducted within a class-room environment, facilitators are to ensure site emergency procedures are known by all participants. Where training & assessment tasks are completed within the workplace, associated risks are to be managed by site controllers and employers. |
