BSB40807 CERTIFICATE IV IN FRONTLINE MANAGEMENT

Aim The aim of this program is to qualify participants such that they can perform the role of team leader and manager within their organisation.
Duration Flexible duration up to 12 months (Depending on the level of RPL).Indicative times for a traditional instructor-led program are:

Module 1 - Leadership: Approximately 190 hours or 4 weeks
Module 2 - Management: Approximately 130 hours or 3 weeks
Module 3 - Quality Assurance: Approximately 120 hours or 3 weeks

Supervision Ratio 1:1 (distance) or 1:10 (classroom)
Safety The inherant risks associated with this program are low, where the program is conducted within a class-room environment, facilitators are to ensure site emergency procedures are known by all participants.
