| Aim | The aim of this program is to qualify participants such that they can perform the role of team leader and manager within their organisation. |
| Duration | Flexible duration up to 12 months (Depending on the level of RPL).Indicative times for a traditional instructor-led program are: Module 1 - Leadership: Approximately 190 hours or 4 weeks Module 2 - Management: Approximately 130 hours or 3 weeks Module 3 - Quality Assurance: Approximately 120 hours or 3 weeks Indicative times (with no RPL) for each Unit of Competence are listed below. |
