Our policy on Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)...
Group 314 prefers to consider RPL as accelerated assessment. The principles of RPL will be applied at all stages of your learning / assessment. If existing competence is evidence, it will be recognised and recorded to expedite your completion of the program. You will be provided an opportunity to request RPL upon registration - however RPL can be requested at any stage.
In all cases, RPL will be accompanied by some form of formal assessment in accordance with the rules of evidence - in particular, the need to ensure the currency of evidence.

Our specialty, VET partnerships...
We specialise in the establishment of partnerships between enterprises and Registered Training Organisations (RTO's). Group 314 has successfully managed the training systems for thousands of students to ensure their competency development is efficient, effective, and ultimately, recognised in accordance with the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF).
The foundation for a successful partnership is trust - Group 314 works with stakeholders to develop trust in systems, processes and personnel such that high quality training and assessment can be undertaken efficiently and effectively.

We develop training, and implement training systems...
We have particular training development skills. We can either improve your own training management system, or offer you one of our own. We can conduct a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to determine your actual training requirements, then match it with a training solution and complete the process by developing the required materials.
We produce training resources...
Training and assessment resources can be developed for you - or we may already have some you might be interested in. We have a large range of resources ranging from assessment tools, training notes, presentations etc. If you have a training resource need please call us to discuss your requirements.
